Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how XPLIGHT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) treats information in connection with the XPLIGHT mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree with it, please discontinue use and remove the App from your device.

What the App is

XPLIGHT is an entertainment-focused tap game for compatible Android devices. It is not a social network, not a medical service, and not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your region without verifiable permission.

Information categories

Data you are not asked to type in

The core experience does not require an account, display name, email address, or phone number. If a future update introduces optional sign-in or support forms, this Policy will be revised and, where required, you will be prompted separately.

Data generated on the device

Gameplay preferences, scores, unlocked phases, and similar values may be stored locally so sessions feel continuous. Unless a feature explicitly syncs to a server, that material ordinarily remains on your handset or tablet.

Diagnostics and usage signals

To maintain stability, we or our service providers may process limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, coarse locale, crash logs, and aggregated interaction patterns. These items help reproduce bugs and understand which screens load slowly.

Store platforms and payments

When you download or update through Google Play, Google processes certain transaction and device identifiers under Google’s own policies. In-app purchases, if offered, are fulfilled by the store; we do not receive your full payment card number.

Advertising and analytics

If the build you install includes third-party advertising or measurement SDKs, those partners may collect or derive identifiers or usage statistics according to their terms and your device settings (for example, personalized ads toggles). Review the Play Data safety section for the specific release you installed.

Legal bases and purposes (EEA / UK readers)

Where regulations such as the GDPR apply, we rely on combinations of contract performance (delivering the App), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and consent where the law requires an opt-in (such as certain cookies or marketing on web properties, if any).

Retention

Server-side logs and analytics exports are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, subject to legal holds or statutory minimums. Local files persist until you clear app data or uninstall.

Your choices

• Adjust permissions (storage, notifications, etc.) in Android settings.
• Use Play’s privacy controls for ad personalization where available.
• Contact us if you believe information about you was processed incorrectly.

Children

We do not knowingly direct behavioral advertising to young children. Parents and guardians should supervise device use and enable parental controls offered by Google.

International transfers

Our infrastructure or vendors may be located outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect new features or legal obligations. The new effective date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be surfaced inside the App or on this site when practical.
